A primitive and
naive watercolour painting of a farm yard, signed lower right 'J F Phillimore', and rich in
detail. Early 19th century.
Full of naive charm, the labourers in the plots, and indeed their tools could be from the middle ages, whilst the improbably tall horse looks on from the barn.
Signed J F Phillimore on the lower right border. Under glass and in a walnut frame
